Welcome to MilBil. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply to our personal care services, subscriptions, and website.
By using MilBil, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement
The MilBil iOS application is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Apple's Standard EULA governs your license to install and use the application, including applicable usage restrictions, warranties, limitations of liability, and other licensing conditions.
These Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA by describing MilBil's services and subscription conditions. They do not replace or override Apple's Standard EULA.

2. About MilBil
MilBil is a personalized personal care assistant that helps you make more informed decisions about your everyday routines.
Depending on the features available, MilBil may help you:
- Build and adjust personal care routines.
- Evaluate products you own or are considering purchasing.
- Receive personalized recommendations based on your goals and preferences.
- Track progress and changes over time.
- Decide whether to use, buy, replace, or skip products.
MilBil may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide recommendations. These recommendations are generated from available information and may not always be accurate or appropriate for every person.
We do not guarantee specific results, improvements in appearance, or product effectiveness.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
MilBil offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased using Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscription options may include monthly and annual plans.
The applicable subscription name, duration, total price, renewal terms, and included features are displayed before purchase.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase, unless an applicable promotional offer states otherwise.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Renewal pricing will follow the price and terms disclosed by Apple, including any applicable notices of price changes.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Unless canceled, subscriptions continue renewing according to the purchased billing period.

4. Subscription Access and Refunds
An active MilBil subscription provides access to the premium features included in your purchased plan.
MilBil does not require a separate account login to purchase an iOS subscription. Purchases are associated with your Apple Account.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use the Restore Purchases functionality with the Apple Account associated with your subscription.
If your subscription expires, access to premium features may end.
Payments and refunds for purchases made through the App Store are processed according to Apple's applicable policies and consumer protection laws.

5. Personal Care, Not Medical Advice
MilBil is designed for personal care guidance and informational purposes only.
MilBil is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Recommendations should not be considered professional medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Personal care products may affect individuals differently. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, product instructions, and warnings before use.
If you experience an adverse reaction or have a medical concern, stop using the relevant product and seek appropriate professional advice.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Recommendations
MilBil may use artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide and generate personalized decisions.
These systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable recommendations.
You acknowledge that:
- Recommendations depend on the information available to MilBil.
- Results may change as new information is provided.
- Personal care decisions ultimately remain your responsibility.
- MilBil cannot guarantee that a product or routine will produce a particular result.
You should use reasonable judgment when acting on any recommendation.
7. Photos, Personal Information, and Privacy
MilBil may allow you to submit photographs, product information, personal care preferences, routines, goals, and progress updates.
Information you choose to provide may be processed to deliver and personalize the features you request.
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You grant MilBil permission to process that content as necessary to provide the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You must have the right to submit any content you provide.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MilBil lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
- Attempt to access our systems without authorization.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Use automated systems to exploit or abuse the Services.
- Submit content that violates another person's rights or privacy.
- Misuse MilBil for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected MilBil materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Use of the iOS application is also subject to the restrictions in Apple's Standard EULA.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-Party Products
MilBil may provide recommendations involving products, brands, retailers, or services owned by third parties.
Product recommendations do not necessarily represent endorsements, sponsorships, or formal relationships.
We do not control third-party manufacturing, product availability, ingredient formulations, pricing, or individual results.
You should verify product information before making purchasing or usage decisions.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep MilBil accessible and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may occasionally experience maintenance, errors, interruptions, or changes.
We may update, improve, or modify MilBil's features over time.
Any changes affecting paid subscriptions will remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and our obligations to provide the services purchased for the applicable subscription period.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
MilBil provides automated personal care guidance based on the information available to the Services.
No particular personal care outcome is guaranteed.
The warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability contained in Apple's Standard EULA apply to the licensed iOS application and its associated services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
12. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use MilBil.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Any additional eligibility or age restrictions communicated within the Services also apply.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in MilBil, our practices, or applicable laws.
The latest version will be available on this page, with the revision date displayed above.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes or obtain your consent.
